I.  Profile

Turning public health priorities into systems that hold.

Sahil Singh is a global health strategist and programme leader. He leads multi-year strategic planning for a global health policy task force spanning 140 countries, and is helping design Lebanon’s national primary healthcare and maternal and child health systems alongside the Ministry of Public Health and UNICEF.

His work joins three things rarely found in one career: country-level implementation in fragile and conflict-affected settings, multilateral policy engagement with WHO and UN stakeholders, and operational leadership of a 30+ site clinical network. He trained in global health at New York University, with expertise in evidence-based decision support, institutional coordination and health systems strengthening.
